Big Rig Rescue Training

In preparation for the upcoming Big Rescue Class that the department is sponsoring next month, this weeks Monday night drill was held to show the members the various uses of a heavy duty crane.

Since the incidents involving big rigs sometimes present unique extrication and stabilization situations, this class was conducted to provide and demonstrate how a crane can be used to assist when these incidents do occur.

We would like to thank the Auto Barn for coming to the station and affording us this valuable training and look forward to working with them in the upcoming class.
