Congratulations, Aimee!! You are following your heart. Who would have known, way back when you were 4 and your favorite book was FIREGIRL, that you'd become "Firefighter of the Year"!!!

I really enjoy your website but have some constructive criticism! At some point not too long ago the page "On the Scene" was changed a bit and I don't know about others, but I can't read it. The background is black and the words are dark blue... just a suggestion that you may want to modify your colors. But again, I do really enjoy the site.
hey guys justwanted to say hi and ill stop by to see ya

I was looking at your web page and said to myself, " this is an awsome sight". I am from a little town in Texas called Marion. Our population is approximately 1200. We are a small volunteer fire department with one tanker, one pumper, four brush trucks. On an average we have about 300 calls a year. Our area consist of mainly farm land, but we do have a few MVA's, and medical calls. We are working on getting a sight together so our community can see what we do to serve them and our upcoming events. I really enjoyed this site and look forward to hearing from yall.
Thank You and God Bless,
Greg F.

We have a 1952 Ford F-8 with an original Ford V-8 OHV engine that is 266 c.i.d. and I'm a restorer too. What size is the V-8 OHV engine in your 1950 F-7 you are restoring? Our list of restorations include a 1928 Seagrave 750 GPM engine, a 1929 Dodge Brothers Grass Fire Unit, a 1950 flat fendered Dodge Power Wagon with a John Bean Royal 20 piston pump 2260 gallon slip-on and a 1954 I-H longnose Van Pelt 1000 GPM engine. I'll email photo's to you.
Your department is much like ours with many dedicated volunteer firefighters serving a 144 square mile community from four stations.
