| At 0734 hours, Station 2 was alerted to the area 27168 Mechanicsville Road for the personal injury accident with one into a tree. EMS Stations 29, 79, Charles 2 and 15 were also alerted.
Squad 2 arrived on the scene followed by Fire Chief 2 (Johnson) who established the "Mechanicsville Road Command". Command advised they had three patients, two were under age and would need to be transported. The squad crew performed patient care until the arrival of Charles Ambulances 28 and 158. Once the patients were turned over to arriving EMS personnel they secured the vehicle, which sustained heavy front end damage.
Charles Ambulance 28 transported two priority three patients while Charles Ambulance 158 transported one priority three patient to St. Mary's Hospital.
Units cleared the scene in an hour. |
