| At 0045 hours Fire and EMS units from Mechanicsville and Hughesville were alerted for a Motor Vehicle Accident at the intersection of Mount Wolf Road and Iroquois Lane in Charlotte Hall. Initial indications advised two vehicles with undetermined injuries.
At 0050 hours Charles Squad 2 arrived on the scene reporting a head on collision. Squad 2 arrived on the scene moments later and established the Charlotte Hall Command. Both Squad crews assisted EMS crews with patient care and also secured the vehicles.
After further patient assesment it was determined that both patients would be signing release forms. All units were clear the scene at 0118 hours. |
