| Shortly after all units were in quarters from the incident at McDonalds, Fireboard alerted Station-2, EMS Stations 29, 79, and St. Mary's ALS at 0517 hours for a motor vehicle collision, reported vehicle into a tree with entrapment on Morganza Turner Road in Morganza.
While enroute, Fireboard advised that the victim had called her mother who called 9-1-1 and advised she had been in an accident and had lost consciousness for a brief period.
Shortly after, Fireboard advised that St. Mary's Hospital had called and the victim had been picked up by a passerby and was in their Emergency Room. Fire Chief-2 advised to hold one ambulance and the Rescue Squad to secure the vehicle and light the scene to check for possible further victims. Finding none, the ambulance was placed in service and all units cleared shortly afterwards. |
