The Mechanicsville Volunteer Fire Department would like to thank those who came out for our annual Boo Thru last evening. We received alot of thank you's and positive feedback on the event. We appreciate all the donations that we received as well. We apologize for the wait but we did continue to operate long after closing time so we could accommodate everyone from the motorhome right up to the last car. Our members worked very hard from setting up/tearing down, scaring everyone, traffic control and handing out goodie bags. Also, a big thank you to those who donated pumpkins, straw, corn stalks, candy and other decorations. Once again, thank you for a safe and successful event.
