Rescue Squad 2 on Hollywood Entrapment

At 2224 hours, the assignment was alerted to the area of Three Notch Road and Clover Hill Road for a motor vehicle accident with possible entrapment. This brought Rescue Squad 7, Rescue Squad 2, Company 79, 29 and SMALS on the call.

Chief 7 arrived on the scene with two vehicles involved, with heavy entrapment in one of them. Both Rescue Squads were utilized to stabilize the vehicle and deploy their hurst tools to free the occupant.

After gaining access, a helo was started for a priority one, category ALPHA patient.

Engine 73 handled the landing zone for Trooper 7 on Three Notch Road, south of the accident scene.

Patient was flown to Prince George's Hospital. The driver of the second vehicle fled the scene but was aprehened shortly after.

Units operated on scene for roughly forty-five minutes.

Chief 7 held the "Three Notch Road Command"
