| At 0338 hours, Engine Companies 5, 1, 2, 7, Truck 1, Water Supply 5, and EMS Stations 59 and 19 were alerted to 20171 Windy Lane for smoke in the residence.
Chief 5 arrived first with Engine 54, advising they were on the scene of a two-story single-family residence, with nothing showing and laying out Coltons Point Road.
After size up, Chief 5 advised he was establishing the "Windy Lane Command' and reported a working fire in the crawl space of the residence.
Engine 24 and the other units arrived a short time later and assisted crews with extinguishment and overhaul.
Command held Companies 5, 1, and 2 for a short time before terminating command.
