Department Places New Command Unit in Service |

| The Department has placed a 2026 Chevrolet 1500 PPV Pickup truck in service to be used by the Fire Chief as an incident command unit. The unit was purchased thru Hertrich Chevrolet in Milton, Delaware and outfitted by Nelsons Emergency Vehicle Lighting with a complete Whelen lighting package and a Plastics Plus console. This is the first pickup truck purchased by the department to be used for incident management. |
