Engine 23(Lt. Polk), Tanker 2(S/O Faunce), Tanker 224(S/O Miedzinski), and Chief 2A(Raley) made the response with 13 volunteers.

Engine 23 arrived on the scene to find smoke showing from a detached garage. Upon entering the garage the crew located a single vehicle had crashed through the garage and there was one patient in the vehicle and no active fire.
