On Friday evening as rain began to fall in the area, Rescue Squad 2, Rescue Squad 1003, and surrounding EMS Companies were alerted to Three Notch Road and Mohawk Drive for an MVA with reported entrapment.

Rescue Squad 2, Engine 23, and Chief 2A made the response. Chief 1002 and Rescue Squad 2 arrived first finding 3 vehicles involved in a “t-bone” style collision, with one patient trapped.

The patient was quickly extricated by Rescue Squad 2 and Rescue Squad 1003 was cancelled. 3 patients were treated on the scene by EMS crews and one was subsequently taken to a regional Trauma Center.

Chief 1002 held the Command of the incident.
