On Thursday, at 1252 hours, Engine Companies 2, 1002, 1015, 1005, Trucks 1003, 7, Squad 7, and Tankers 2, 1002, and 1005 were alerted to Grant Road in Golden Beach for a Shed on Fire. Engine 23, Engine 24, Tanker 2, Chief 2, and Chief 2B made the response with 13 volunteers at dispatch.

Engine 24 and Chief 2 arrived on the scene to find a 10'x10' shed fully involved. Engine 24 deployed one handline to knock down the fire. Chief 2 quickly scaled the incident back to Mechanicsville units and Tanker 1002 for mop up.

Units operated for approximately 45 minutes.
