A few weeks ago, just before the holidays, one of our members and family were cooped up in Children’s National Hospital in Washington, D.C. with a sick child. The members decided to pay the family a visit and just shed some light on a situation and say hi and give a wave. The crew didn’t get to say hi face to face, but the thought of the smile on our fellow family’s face was completely worth it. We are also happy to report that the child was released from the hospital on Christmas Eve and the family was home for the holidays!
