On Friday, September 4, 2020 at 1536 hours, Rescue Squad 2, Squad 1002, and Surrounding EMS units were alerted to Point Lookout Road and Three Notch Road for the MVC, involving an RV into the woods with the operator trapped.

Chief 2 arrived first and confirmed the driver trapped and established command. Rescue Squad 2 arrived moments later and went to work to free the operator. Rescue Engine 22 arrived next and the crew assisted with extrication.

Command requested a helo for one Category Alpha, Priority 2 patient, and one Category Bravo, Priority 2 patient. Squad 1002 arrived and assisted crews on the scene.

Trooper 7 airlifted both patients to an area trauma center and command was terminated.
