On Wednesday, October 31, 2018 at approximately 1900 hours, the Mechanicsville Volunteer Fire Department welcomed all ghosts, ghouls, and goblins to entertain our guests as they drove through our haunted fire station.

Members worked all month to prepare for this event. This included decorating, preparing the fire prevention bags and material and naturally, filling the bags with assorted candy.

Over 350 children passed through our doors and were frightened by the sights and sounds they encountered.

A great time was had by all and the Department can say they have completed another successful Boo Through. We cannot thank our community enough for their continued support! We look forward to seeing everyone next year!
