On Tuesday, October 31, 2017 at approximately 1900 hours, the Mechanicsville Volunteer Fire Department welcomed ghosts, ghouls, and goblins to entertain our guests as they drove through our new haunted firehouse.

Members worked all week to prepare the station for the event. This included decorating, preparing the fire prevention bags and material and naturally, filling the bags with assorted candy. A special thank you is extended to the Golden Beach/Patuxent Knolls Civic Association and the Mechanicsville Optimist club for your generous support.

A great time was had by all and the Department can say they have completed another successful Boo Through. We look forward to seeing everyone next year!
