At 1223 hours, RES2CUE was alerted to Golden Beach Road and Huntt Road for the motor vehicle collision with injuries. As units went responding, additional information was relayed that there was entrapment and the assignment was upgraded.

St. Mary's Sheriffs Department arrived on scene and advised no entrapment but had one patient who was semi-conscious. RES2CUE arrived and Chief 2B established command. A medevac was requested for a category bravo patient.

Engine 23 established the landing site on Business Center Drive.
