At 1456 hours, the Rescue was alerted to a motor vehicle accident on Golden Beach Road in the area of the intersection with All Faith Church Road.

Units arrived to find a two vehicle collision. The crew on Rescue 2 removed two doors from one of the vehicles to free the occupants.

All patients were taken to area hospitals, including one by ground to a trauma center.

Units operated on the scene for forty-five minutes and Chief 2 had the command.
