At 1234 hours, the rescue was alerted with surrounding EMS companies for a motor vehicle accident with reported injuries in front of the Charlotte Hall Motel on Three Notch Road.

Units arrived to find a two vehicle collision, with three injured. The rescue crew removed the drivers door from vehicle in order to get one of the patients out.

Charles Ambulance 1002 and Ambulance 297 transported to Medstar St. Mary's Hospital.

Units operated for thirty minutes.
