At 0600 hours, Rescue Squad 2 was alerted to the intersection of Thompson Corner Road and Lockes Crossing Road for a motor vehicle accident.

While enroute, Fireboard Communications advised the squad the police were on the scene with one subject trapped.
Rescue Squad 2 arrived, secured and stabilized the vehicle and extricated the patient.

EMS personnel requested a medevac, which alerted Trooper 7 to the incident.
