At 0020 hours, RES2CUE was alerted to Budds Creek Road in the area of the Chaptico Park for the motor vehicle accident, reported with entrapment.

As units were responding, Fireboard Communications advised that there was possibly entrapment in both vehicles. Chief 2 arrived, he confirmed a two vehicle collision with one of its side and established the "Budds Creek Road Command". He advised that everyone was out of the vehicle and scaled the incident back to the units from Station 2 and three ambulances.

After assessing the patients, a helicopter was requested for the two occupants in the overturned vehicle. Trooper 7 was alerted and flew both patients to Prince George's General.

While operating on this incident, Engine 21 was re-routed to a medic local in Country Lakes with possibly one not breathing.

Units operated for forty-five minutes.
