At 1255 hours, RES2CUE was alerted to the area of 29242 All Faith Church Road in Huntersville for the motor vehicle accident. Initial reports advised of a vehicle into the woods.

The rescue arrived, confirming one into the woods and the "All Faith Church Road Command" was established. Once access was made to the vehicle, command advised the operator was still inside and ALS was requested for one unconscious. Upon further assessment, the patient was not breathing and was rapidly extricated.

Unfortunately, the patient succumbed to their injuries.
