The Department would like to congratulate Captain Ryan Raley and his girlfriend, Crystal, on the birth of their son Christopher Barker. Christopher was born June 8th at 0536 hours, weighing 8lbs 5ozs and measuring 20.5 inches long. Both Mom and Christopher are doing well.
