At 1323 hours, RES2CUE was alerted to a motor vehicle collision on Budds Creek Road in the area of the Chaptico Park.

Chief 2A arrived and advised corrected location was in the area of Marjon Court and he had one vehicle off the road way.
Fire Chief 2 arrived and advised to start Southern Maryland Electric as the vehicle had sheared off a utility pole. There was one occupant in the vehicle and the assignment was held to the Rescue and Ambulance 297.

Units operated for twenty minutes and one person was transported to Medstar St. Mary's Hospital.
