At 1511 hours, the Rescue Company was alerted to Three Notch Road in the area of Laurel Grove Road for the personal injury accident.

Captain 79 arrived on scene with one on its side and advising there was no entrapment. The rescue arrived and secured the vehicle while EMS personnel checked the operator for injuries.

Ambulance 298 obtained a signed release and units cleared the scene shortly afterwards.

Units operated for thirty minutes.
