At 0939 hours, Squad 2 was alerted with Ambulance 298 and Charles EMS 1002 to the area of 27625 Baptist Church Road for the motor vehicle accident. Initial reports advised a single vehicle into a utility pole.

Units arrived to find a single vehicle into a tree with one patient. Firefighters checked the vehicle and assisted EMS personnel with packaging the patient. The assignment was held with units on scene and all others were placed in service.

Ambulance 298 transported to Medstar St. Mary's Hospital.

Units operated for twenty-five minutes.
