At 0622 hours, Rescue Squad 2 was alerted with Station 7, EMS Stations 79, 29 and SMALS to Three Notch Road and North Sandgates Road for a motor vehicle accident with reported entrapment.

Chief 7 arrived on scene and confirmed one trapped and established the "Three Notch Road Command". Rescue Squads 2 and 7 arrived and removed the drivers door to free the trapped occupant.

Ambulances 796 and 389 transported to Medstar St. Mary's Hospital.

Units operated for approximately forty-five minutes.
