At 1253 hours, the Station was alerted mutual aid to Charles County as part of the upgraded assignment on a motor vehicle accident at Old Leonardtown Road and Burnt Store Road.

Charles Ambulance 2 was on scene with a "t-bone style" collision with entrapment. RES2CUE made the response and assisted the crew from Hughesville with extricating the patient.

The rescue operated on the scene for approximately thirty minutes and Charles Chief 2A (Herbert) held the command.
