At 1405 hours, Rescue Squad 2 was alerted with Charles Rescue Squad 2, EMS Stations 29, Charles 2 and SMALS to Three Notch Road in the area of Commerce Park Drive for the motor vehicle accident, reported tractor-trailer over turned and unknown injuries.

Rescue Squad 2 (Sgt Raley) arrived to find a truck on its' wheels pulling a low boy trailer with a front end loader that was overturned but still attached to the truck. The front end loader came off the trailer and rolled over also. Firefighters used the K-12 saw to cut chains in order for the tow company to upright the front end loader.

The assignment was scaled back to the Rescue Squad 2 and Ambulance 299, who checked the operator of the truck for injuries. A signed refusal was obtained.

The scene was turned over to law enforcement and State Highway.

Units operated for forty minutes.
