Rescue Engine Runs Early Morning MVA

At 0204 hours, Engine Company 2, Charles Squad 2, and EMS Stations 29, Charles 2, 14, and 15 were alerted to Thompsons Corner Road for the personal injury accident. Rescue Engine 222(Lt. Cox) and the Fire Chief(Raley) went enroute and Fireboard Communications advised of a vehicle overturned into a pole.

The Fire Chief and Rescue Engine arrived to find the same and went to work assessing two patients for injuries. Both patients would require transport to the hospital and Ambulance 296 arrived and transported them both to St. Marys Hospital.

Fire Chief 2 held the "Thompsons Corner Road Command" and units were in service within thirty minutes.
