At 2207 hours on Friday evening, as crews were cleaning Engine 23 from returning from the shop, Communications alerted Station 2, EMS Stations 29 and Charles 2 to Three Notch Road and Thompsons Corner Road for the motor vehicle accident with injuries.

Rescue Squad 2(Capt. Cox) responded and arrived to find a "T-Bone" style collision with one subject laying on the ground next to his vehicle. Crews went to work securing both vehicles and assessing patients for injuries.

One patient required a medevac for transportation to Prince Georges Shock Trauma while two other patients were transported to St. Marys Hospital. Chief 2A held the Three Notch Road Command and Engine 24 handled the Landing Zone.
