Personal Injury Accident in Mechanicsville |

| At 1731 hours Wednesday afternoon Companies 2, 29, and Charles EMS 2 were alerted for a Personal Injury accident in front of Bert's 50's Diner in Mechanicsville. Within one minute of dispatch Engine 222 (Deputy Chief 22 Hemming) marked up with 6 volunteers. Engine 222 arrived on scene to find two vehicles in the median. Upon assessment it was found that three patients would require transport as well as one signed refusal. Engine 222 assisted with patient packaging and transferred patient care to Ambulances 296 and 298 who both transported Priority 2, as well Charles Ambulance 28 who transported Priority 3 to Saint Marys Hospital. Engine 222 assisted with clearing the roadway of debris and returned to service at 18:05. |
