Extrication on Golden Beach Road
FEBRUARY 03
- At 1903 hours Stations 22, 2 along with EMS Stations 29 and Charles 2 were alerted to Golden Beach Road at Pocohontas Drive for the motor vehicle accident. Engine 23 (Chief 22B) arrived on scene with a single vehicle in a ditch. Rescue Squad 2 (Capt. JANUARY 29
- On January 29, 2010 at 2:33PM, the engine company was alerted to 7209 Benedict Avenue for the reported building fire. Engine 21 (Sgt Barnes) responded with five personnel. Units from the Benedict V.F.D. arrived to find smoke showing from the eves of a church. Tanker 2 (Sgt Colvin) was then alerted however placed in service once on the scene. JANUARY 29
- At 1730 hours, Stations 2, 22, Charles 2, 7, Truck 7 along with EMS Stations 29 and Charles 2 were alerted to 27879 Chapel Court in Mechanicsville for the working shed fire. Engine 21 (Lt Cox) arrived on scene, laid the 4" LDH in from Persimmon Creek Road and advised they had a shed on the ground and established command while the crew advanced an attack line and knocked the fire. JANUARY 27
- At 2153 hours, Stations 7, 2, 1, Truck 7, Water Supply 5 and EMS Stations 79 and 29 were alerted to Area Box 7-03 for the working house fire on South Sandgates Road. First arriving units arrived to find a working fire in a one story, single family residence. Working Fire in Avenue
JANUARY 25
- At 1143, Stations 5, 1, 2, Truck 1, Water Supply 5 along with EMS Stations 59 and 19 were alerted for a Working House Fire in the area 37655 Louis Bailey Road in Avenue. Engine 24(Lt. Live Fire Training in Bushwood
JANUARY 24
- On Sunday morning firefighters loaded up on Engine 24 and the utility and headed to Station 5 to begin a day of live fire training in an acquired structure. The structure, located at 23207 Bushwood City Road, had been prepared for the training by the volunteers at Station 5. Golden Beach Road Accident Requires Triple Flyout
JANUARY 23
- At 2043, the Rescue Assignment was alerted to the area of Golden Beach Road and Jane Gay Way for the MVA reported head-on. Rescue Squad 2 (Lt. Cox) and Rescue Engine 222 (Lt.
