Great site guys. Just stopping by to say hi! I am a firefighter myself for 16 yrs. I also own a graphics business. I do vinyl decals, can koozies, etc. I have tons of firefighter graphics that i ship all over the country.

I am very sad to hear about Elaine passing. Unfortunately I got the news to late to attend the service. She dedicated her life volunteering her services for the community along with her whole family. What a great accomplishment and sacrifice to help others in their need. We appreciate all the hard work performed by the Fire Departments and Rescue Squad of Mechanicsville. My sympathies are with the family and friends of Elaine. She will be missed.

Just want to say what a excellent website.Who ever did the designing of the website,did an excellent job.I have seen a lot of fire dept websites,that are really good,but this one tops them all.I was a volunteer fireman in Pennsylvania years ago,before I moved to Florida.I still keep in touch where I used to volunteer,over the internet,and came upon your website.I was quite amazed at it,along with all the content on it.Thanks for all you do,and keep up the excellent work.

Learned this morning that my nephew and his friends were in a head-on on Golden Beach road on Saturday evening. It's a tremendous relief to know it appears he will be fine, with only a broken wrist and slight concussion. His friends also survived, with no life-threatening injuries.

Thank you so much for the quick response to my daughter's car accident on Sept 16th Yowaiski Mill Road. As a parent, this is your worst nightmare. But thanks to all of you, she is doing wonderful with a few broken bones ! but they will heal just fine. I especially have to thank BrandI Shorter, for calming me down and getting me back to reality. Yall have a great website! Your dept. appears first rate. Yall are an inspiration to all. I have been taking notes from your SOGs to write some for ours. Wanted to stop by and say Congrats, for being in service for 75, strong years. Southern Maryland is such a great place to live. Lived in Morganza for 5 years before being transfered to Cecil County. I joined UFC, in 1986 and was very active until 2002. Keep up the good work. Smiles!
