_____ Supply pumper assigned.
_____ Supply pumper set up.
_____ Folding tank(s) accessible from at least two sides.
_____ Folding tank(s) clear of traffic.
_____ Dump site kit removed.
_____ Sufficient manpower assigned (minimum of 3).
_____ Dump site sector commander assigned.
_____ Second folding tank deployed with transfer siphon.
_____ Sufficient resources available or in route.

B. FILL SITE

_____ Gated manifold deployed and supply line laid.
_____ Sufficient manpower assigned (minimum of 4).
_____ Fill site sector command assigned.

C. DRAFT SITE

_____ Draft site designated.
_____ Assigned pumper(s) enroute.
_____ Draft site pumper set up.
_____ Floating pump(s) or 4WD units assigned as required.
_____ Shuttle tankers advised of fill site location.
_____ Secondary fill site identified.
