While units were still operating at the Woodburn Hill Road house fire, fireboard contacted command and advised they would be transmitting another box alarm in the Charlotte Hall area of our first due. Command released as many units as possible for the box, mostly mutual aid companies.

Just prior to 2200 Engine Companies 5(fill in at our station), 1010(fill in at 1002), 836, Calvert 2, Calvert Tower 2, Truck 1012, Rescue Squad 7, and various EMS companies were alerted to 30080 Three Notch Road, at the Steak in a Sack, for smoke coming from the building.

Chief 2, Chief 2B, Engine 24, Tanker 2, Engine 1002, and Truck 7 cleared the house fire and responded. Engine 1010 who was at the Charlotte Hall Wawa was first to arrive, reporting smoke showing from a 1 story strip mall, and that they were declaring a working fire and were forcing entry. Moments later, numerous units began to arrive and took their assigned positions.

Crews found a fire in the kitchen and made quick work of the same.

Command scaled the incident back after units checked the exposures and roof area for extension.
