At 1800 hours, our volunteers loaded up on Engine 23, Tanker 24, Rescue Engine 22, and Rescue Squad 2 and headed to three communities in our first due for National Night Out. This event is a annual event on the first Tuesday in August.

Firefighters handed out fire prevention material and spoke to citizens about the fire department.

The members enjoyed the hospitality shown to them by the citizens of the various homeowner associations and we look forward to doing it again next year.
