At 0641 hours, the Rescue was alerted to Three Notch Road in the area of Commerce Park Drive for the motor vehicle collision with reported entrapment. Units arrived to find no entrapment with four vehicles involved.

The squad crew assisted with patient packaging and secured the vehicles. After EMS personnel assessed all patients, a medevac was requested for one and Trooper 7 was added.

Ambulances 298 and 296 transported to Medstar St. Mary's Hospital while Trooper 7 flew one to an area trauma center.

Units operated for forty-five minutes.
