At 0721 hours, the Rescue was alerted to Mechanicsville Road at Three Notch Road for the motor vehicle accident with reported one overturned.

Units arrived to find a three vehicle collision involving three vehicles, confirming one on its side. After scene size up, there was no entrapment and one for check up. Command (Fire Chief 2) held the rescue, wagon and ambulance on the scene. Firefighters secured the vehicles and cleaned up fluids and debris. Ambulance 299 transported one occupant to Medstar St. Mary's Hospital and units cleared and were in quarters at 0743 hours.

As units had just went off the air, the Rescue and Wagon were back out the door at 0747 hours for another motor vehicle accident in the area of 28858 Thompson Corner Road.

Units arrived to find a single vehicle that had rolled and was now upright. Chief 2 established command and advised there were three injured. Firefighters assisted with patient packaging and secured the vehicle.
Ambulance 298 transported three patients to Medstar St. Mary's Hospital.

Units were back in quarters at 0827 hours.
