At 1253 hours, Rescue Squad 2 responded to 29190 Three Notch Road for the motor vehicle accident reported one into a structure with injuries.

The rescue arrived to find a single vehicle into the deck and steps of the H & R Block Building. The crew stabilized and secured the vehicle and checked the building for damage. Chief 2B arrived and established the "Three Notch Road Command" and advised there would be four for transport.

All patients were transported to Medstar St. Mary's Hospital and there was no structural damage to the building.

Units operated for thirty minutes.
