At 0834 hours Rescue Squad 2 (Lt. Bryant), Rescue Squad 7, EMS Stations 29 and 79, as well as Saint Mary's ALS were alerted to a report of an MVA with one trapped at Three Notch Rd and New Market Turner Rd.

Rescue Squad 2 arrived on scene and confirmed one trapped, establishing the Three Notch Command. The vehicle was stabilized and secured, and the bumper line stretched. Units found a single patient trapped and quickly performed a door pop.

Ambulance 298 transported Priority 3 to Med Star Saint Mary's.

Units operated for approximately 30 minutes.
