At 2356 hours, the engine and tanker were alerted to the 15100 block of Oaks Road in Charles County for the reported house on fire. Initial reports advised of a working fire.
Engines 21, 24 and 224 made the response and arrived behind the units from Charles 2 to find a working fire in a one story single family residence. The crews advanced two attack lines into the structure and knocked down the bulk of the fire.
The truck companies opened up and overhauled the structure and the assignment was scaled back to the units from Charles Station 2, Engines 21, 24 and Truck Company 3.
Units operated for approximately two hours.
