At 2222 hours, units were alerted to Mechanicsville Road and Yowaiski Mill Road for the motor vehicle accident with reports of entrapment.

Fire Chief 2 arrived on the scene with a single vehicle just in to the woods with a bystander advising the operator was trapped in the vehicle by the legs. The Chief scaled the assignment back and held it with the units from Station 2 and 29. When the rescue arrived, the crew removed the patient from the vehicle without using any extrication equipment.

The patient was transported to Medstar St. Mary's Hospital and units cleared the scene.

Units operated for just under thirty minutes.
