Wagon Runs 2nd Alarm in Charles County

At 1251 hours, the engine company was alerted to 102 Charleston Court in La Plata on the second alarm for a townhouse fire.

Units arrived with a well advanced fire and requested the second alarm immediately.

Engine 23 (Chief 2) made the response and arrived in staging, where we remained for a short time. The crew was eventually sent to the scene where they assisted with overhaul before being placed in service.

The engine was back in quarters at 1512 hours.
