| Engine Companies 2, Charles 2, with EMS Stations 29, and Charles 2 were alerted to the 2-04 box for the motor vehicle accident with injuries in New Market. Rescue Engine 222(Lt. Cox), Engine 21(AFC Trowbridge), and Chief 22B(Woodill) went enroute with ten personnel at dispatch.
Units arrived to find a two-vehicle rear-end style collision with one occupant complaining of chest pains and still sitting in the car. Crews went to work securing the cars, and beginning patient care.
One patient would require medical treatment at Civista Medical Center while two others were sign refusals. Chief 22B held the "Three Notch Road Command" and units were clear within 45 minutes. |
